I am Chanah Liora, pronounced like Hannah, both the "a's" making the "awe" sound, and Liora pronounced like Lee-or-a. I was first introduced to the Tarot as a young child, but did not get my first deck until I was 16.
I started doing readings in high school, and continued in college. Later, I focused more on healing through guided meditations, and writing to heal workshops. Recently, I have returned to the Tarot and shifted my focus from the writing workshops to creative writing using the tarot as writing prompts. An idea I received from attending an online writing workshop facilitated by Corrine Kenner, writer and master tarot practitioner. See the links page to explore her wonderful website and career.
I can help people find their true path using my psychic, empathic, and intuitive gifts. I invite my clients to call in their angels, guardians, whomever they feel will assist them in this process. I also call my own guides to help me. I look forward to meeting prospective clients, and continuing with my current clients.
I am a member of the American Tarot Association and Certified in the Amherst Writers and Artists method of facilitating writing workshops. I hold a BA in English and Writing from Hunter College. I have also worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor. For seven years I taught English and Writing in the public school system in New York City, and North Carolina.
